SN without a antiemtic

What is the likelihood of success using SN without an antiemetic? Would you need to consume more?

You don't need to consume more. AEs aren't required. Plenty have done it without them. You'll vomit even if you take AEs. It's fine, SN is a poison, it'll do its job.

Are there OTC antiemetics that can be used? I have SN on the way but no access to AEs.

Just got domperidone very easily on clearnet. It's easy to obtain if you know where to go.
