That doesn't make sense as that could be weighing water or salt. 15g of anything doesn't equate the same amount of teaspoons?

Better probably buy electronic scales. They are cheap. I think everything should be very accurate.

A standard kitchen measuring spoon will be just as close as most cheap kitchen scales. One tablespoon (three teaspoons) = 15ml, close enough.Last edited:
