Hello just ordered SN hope It arrives soon.

I dont have antiemic but I reDs in thSN biblE here that you can use olanzapine and also a scientfic article that It is uses as antimetic With 50% of exit in oncologic users that continue have nausas and vomit With typical antiemic like Met.
My doubt is whats means 21 nM? The doses that It puts of olanzapine in the treath of bible SN .

Sharing sources is allot more and low key discouraged to give out that info, it's tricky when youve got a new account or have a low post/reaction count

Hey, as far as I know, Olanzapine can work as an antimietic, I asked the same question some time ago, and one answer I got was that you need 30 mg. Exactly like the recommended dose for the other listed chemicals.

Keep in mind that 30 mg Olanzapine is a lot. It can make you fall asleep. I know, because a month ago I decided to make an attempt, but the Olanzapine dosage just made me fall asleep, so I think it's better if you try something else that can work as an antimietic too.

Thanks a lot for your answer! I hope youre ok after your attemp.
One of my fears as I used Olanzapine before IS just that, falling asleep since a doctor said to me in ER that they use also in low dosis as a benzo but With more sedative power
I Will try to get a AE but there are a few scientfic article that said IS works as AE just as MR in low dosis as 10mg
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25779971/
Maybe i'll try 20mg one nigth just Olanzapine to track when I felt asleep. Althoutg i dont have much. I just thougth about the possibility that It may use as AE and also make youre uncusciuss quicker

Olanzapine: An Antiemetic Option for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea and Vomiting

"The standard dosage of olanzapine for prophylaxis and treatment is 5 to 10 mg per day, with a maximum dose of 20 mg per day."

The use of olanzapine as an antiemetic in palliative medicine: a systematic review of the literature

"We propose the use of olanzapine in the palliative setting in the event of nausea or vomiting refractory to the usual antiemetic treatments at a dose of 5 mg per day with possible 2.5 mg interdoses."

Just 5mg of this stuff (what I was prescribed years ago) would make me intensely sleepy and knock me out cold for 11-12 hours very quickly. It's interesting that it apparently has antiemetic effects, but I don't know how practical it would be to actually use as one in an SN protocol since the sedation hits so hard and fast. At 30mg, I can only imagine how much more intense that would be. Probably wake up from that feeling you had a lobotomy too. Absolutely hated being on this stuff.

Sorry for getting off-topic, but does anyone have any info on scopolamine? It's way easier to obtain than meto or antipsychotics, it's what the doctors first prescribe to you when you complain about motion sickness. Would a scopolamine patch work with SN?
