Help SN stuck in customs for a month now (Canada)

I'm in Canada and I ordered SN from DMC in Feb and It's been stuck in customs since March, about a month now. There hasn't been any updates on it :/

Post Canada don't directly deal with items in customs, customs clears the item first then gives it to Post Canada.

Many people on the subreddit are complaining of the same problem with customs, theyre backlogged.
