If anyone has a source of sn that can ship to the UK, could you please PM me?

Also, regarding anti nausea medication, how does someone go about obtaining that? I am on haloperidol by injection once every 2 weeks. I'm not sure if that interferes with anything. Thanks. Really just want to leave this hell. It's constant torment for me day and night without a break. I've had enough. Lost my conversation and personality too due to doing things to myself while in psychosis. Having nothing to say to anyone hurts so much. And feeling physically uncomfortable in my body is a nightmare. It really is like hell. I need this

Alternatively if I can't obtain sn I have thought about shooting myself in the chest with a crossbow. Would that be a painful way to go?

Self-inflicted crossbow wound is a definite no. You wouldn't be able to generate enough velocity from your outstretched arm. Perhaps there have been some success stories but too many variables.

A tripple murder / suicide attempt reached the headlines last year in the UK when someone shot themself at close range after killing his ex-girlfried as well as her sister and mother. He ended up paralysed from the waist down.

I just came across your thread after writing my own about a self inflicted GSW - I would absolutely advise against this even coming to mind.

Sincerely. If you miss vitals (easier to do than you think) you're in a really bad way from there, Not to mention if you hit just your ligaments.

Take your time, There's alot of sources that come & go but please do NOT take the chance of leaving yourself in a worse state to live in than what you have now. Wishing you peace & love on your journey regardless.
