Help SN source but I'm 20?

I apologize for this post. However, from what I understand I am required to send a photo of my ID to IC in order to proof that I'm 21, Name etc. I live in Europe.

Would anybody be willing to pm me an alternative source where it is not required to be 21? Thank you so much for your time and much love ♡
