Method SN regimen alternatives

Hello guys, do you know some good alternatives to the SN regimens stated in the bible?
Idk, something like 24 hrs or similar?

You can probably fast for as long as you like, you probably don't want to mess with the timing of the antacids or anti nausea/ vomiting medication if you go that way. Not everyone does.

The point is that, i think i can fast for 48 hrs, but if I'd want to fast for 24hrs, should i just reproportion the timings of the medicines?
Like instead of taking AE every 8 hours, should i take it every 4 hours?

Honestly, I would just follow the protocol I don't have the ability to speculate on what would happen otherwise.. I wouldn't want to steer you wrong at all. The simpler these things are probably the better and more successful. Good luck

Yes i already red it. It is a 8hrs fasting.
I was searching for a 24hrs method or similar...
Maybe i'll follow just the day2 protocol. Should be enough.

I'm not sure if it's the optimal method but I know for sure that I can't fast for 48 hours. So I'll be doing the 48 hour regimen except I'll only be fasting for 24 hrs instead

24 should be fine. There are tons on here who were successful with even just an 8 hr fast.

Hi again guys. I retested my SN with the strips.
The point is that in the test i receive high levels of both nitrites and nitrates, the quantity of nitrites in cup2 anyway is 10mg/L as per Bible.
What do you think? I'm already in the fasting process, took AE 1 hour ago.

The strips are not that accurate.Sometimes the nitrate part will react to the nitrite .If the nitrite indicator is high you should be good.Even if you ingest pure nitrate 25g will not kill you or cause much damage.You would need a much higher dose,i think close to 500g or more.

I retested now and it seems i got a lvl between 5 and 10 ppm so between 5 and 10/mg L for nitrite in cup2, it should be letal level.
