Can you help me create my own sn protocol ?

I dont remember how to start.. I have 2 medicines : propranolol and Metoclopramidum I have no idea how much of it take , how much sn , when etc.. do you have any basics ? A few yeras ago I remeber that there was a book form Exit Internasional about sn but I do know where to look for it.
