I also found an amazon reccomeded sn
It's 2 lbs. but it's 99 % and even has an image of a skull on it.
I also ordered the acid blocker or whatever it is.
I am 300 lbs.
is 15 grams still recommended for me ? Or do I need to do more?
How can I measure the grams do I need to get a scale?
I plan to take it when everyone is at work.
I'm by myself for several hours. 8 at least.
My one goal was to take it at night. When everyone falls asleep. Because no one really checks on me in the morning. They just go to work. So I figured I can lock my door and just leave a note.
I really hope this works.
It's just a waiting game now. For when I get my stuff.
