Is it necessary to take those medications with SN? I live in Algeria and it's hard to get them without a medical prescription + SN is very expensive here.

Definitely use an anti-emetic.

For the other supplemental drugs, you don't need them however it will be a lot more uncomfortable and distressing without them.

Anti emitics don't need a prescription bro plus Sn costs something like 5000 dinars tops which isn't cheap but it's not hugely expensive either considering it's an imported product
