Hello everyone,

I'm Nico, I'm 31, after a long thinking I decided to CTB this way.
I found a way to get pure SN from Poland.
I'm living in France.

I've read the SN Bible.
At the moment I have :
1. SN,
2. Lamanilne as painkiller
3. Alprazolam 0,25mg as benzodiazepines

But I cannot have access to antiemetic

I have some questions :
1 . In the bible it 20x30mg tablets
As I said, I've Alprazolam 0,25 - I don't know how many should I take

2. antiemetic In france I can have access to VOGALIB (Metopimazine 7,5mg), I don't know how many should I take


Anybody got the answers ?

I'm not sure where you read that you need 20 tablets? You only need 8 (10mg) if doing the 48 hour fast method, less if not.

If I can't get hold of metoclopromide, I plan on getting hold of whatever antiemetic I can and taking the recommended dose for that in place of the metoclopromide.

In the SN bible :
  • 48 hour SN protocol :

    Day 1Medication and Dose
    08:00hrs1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
    16:00hrs1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
    24:00hrs1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
    Day 2Medication and Dose
    08:00hrs1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
    16:00hrs1 X 10mg Metoclopramide
    23:00hrs600mg of Ibuprofen or 1000mg of paracetamol. You can use any painkiller as long as you stay within the recommended dose
    23:20hrs3 X 10mg Metoclopramide (30mg in total)
    Wait 40 minutes

    During the wait time, dissolve 25gm of Sodium Nitrite in 50-100ml of plain water (35gm if body weight over 100kg)

    Crush 20x30mg tablets (Oxazepam) (Benzos) with Mortar & Pestle

    Mix crushed tablets with enough water until a drinkable solution is created
    24:00hrsSN drink

    Drink oxazepam (Benzos) in water

    Lay back
It says : 20x30mg of oxazepam
About the antiemetic, I don't know how to ask my doctor friend without sounding suspicious.

Oh my bad. I thought you were only asking about anti-emetics, didn't realise you were asking about the benzos too. Sorry.

I got antiemetics by telling my gp that I was feeling nausea from my antidepressants, I went for the ones pregnant women use and told them my mum mentioned them to me as something that helped her

20x30mg of oxazepam seems a lot.

Hi! I'm sorry I don't have answers for you - I'm just starting to research this method. If it's alright with you though, would you mind sharing your source? I have found one, in SG, but I have no idea how good this particular source is anymore. Thanks!! And good luck

Hi! I read that the dose of oxazepam in the ppeh is equivalent to 20mg xanax. I suppose may vary for weight, tolerance. I've planned to take 4 (my ordinary dosage) plus 20 tablets 0.50. I was thinking about add TRAZODONE, for me leads to ko in 15 minutes without stellar dosage
