From what I've read in the past, it's fine.
Break up the clumps and it should be as good as new. Just like how table salt can get clumpy, just break it up and keep using it.

it is normal for hygroscopic products to clump. Have you noticed your sugar or salt being a little clumpy? This is because there is some water vapor and the salt is partially dissolving. While dissolving it begins to clump.

I have mine stored in a cool dark place and I squeeze the powder and shake it weekly, you could check the CAS number 7632000 to make sure it's legit.

From what I've read, it means it has no anti-caking agent in it. Makes it even more pure.
