Thanks. I've heard that crushing pills usually acts more quickly (it's the case for benzos). I plan to take valium because I don't have xanax but it should be okay.

yes crushing them is quicker effects but i minimize water so i will only swallow them whole instead of crushing and having to mix with more water

Ibuprofen, because that's what I have at home ^^

Paracetamol. Ibuprofen can be a bit harder on the stomach and is usually recommended to be taken with food. While I've never had issues with it, I've also never taken it after a long fast so I'll err on the side of caution with paracetamol.

Since "other" is an option, here is my take: if the choice was only between Ibuprofen and Paracetamol, I'd go with Ibuprofen. Not because it's better, but simply because I see Paracetamol mostly as just a fever reducer. If we throw Analgin (Metamizole) and Aspirin into the mix, my hierarchy is:

Analgin > Aspirin > Ibuprofen > Paracetamol

could you take co codamol with benzos too? i know your not supposed to mix opiates and benzos but idk it would be good if i could take codeine for pain as well as valium

I can't answer that for sure; I was just listing them in order of their potency. I'm planning to take 1000 mg of Metamizole (two 500 mg tablets) one hour before taking SN. Instead of tablets, you can drink the solution from an ampoule, as it gets absorbed faster. However, I don't know if Metamizole is sold anywhere outside of the CIS region at all

yeah metamizole is not sold however aspirin is, but it seems like its also harsh on the stomach like inuprofen. i guess i'll just stick to 1000mg pcm

idk the ppeh protocol doesnt include any painkillers for that matter
