not very good at this at all

I failed at SN, but only because I'm not very good at this. On an empty stomach, I took a little too much paracetamol, antiemetics, and waited 15 minutes. I had OTC anti-emetics, being well aware that this would probably not be enough, but time is pressing and I didn't have time to get anything better. I had already mixed up two glasses of (quite pure!) SN; one extra for in case I couldn't keep the first one in. Unfortunately I failed to wash my hands (I guess I was panicking) and some SN residue entered my body when I took the medication.
I thought it was fine, since it was such a miniscule amount. Before the 15 minutes could pass, I stopped being able to stand upright. My heartrate went haywire and I could barely keep my head straight. I started feeling very nauseous, and if I hadn't taken the antiemetics, I would've probably thrown up. I wasn't able to do anything except think about what a colossal moron I am. I had ruined the attempt. My fingertips started to feel cold, and I thought I should probably call the emergency number. I didn't do anything though. This laughable amount of SN causes such discomfort and isn't nearly enough to even send me to the hospital.
After a while I came to my senses and figured that the meds I took were not enough to ease the discomfort at all. I remained nauseous for the next 2 hours. DO NOT USE OTC ANTIEMETICS and DO NOT INGEST ANY SN BEFORE THE FIRST GLASS. I held the glass in my hand for 30 minutes before the panic became too much and I gave up. I will try again. I'm so pathetic that I couldn't deal with even the slightest bit of physical discomfort.
I actually don't know if this response was caused by the SN. It could've been nerves. Some nerves, my goodness. I have PTSD and I have frequent panic attacks and flashbacks. This didn't feel like one at all. If it wasn't a response to the stuff, then I don't know what it was.
