So, my plan:
Next week, 10 hours of fasting, 30mg of antiemetics and 40 mins later 25mg SN+50mg Valium because I have tolerance on him. My question about weed because I want to calm down my SI. Will weed affect me bad and will it increase my chance of failure? When I need to smoke weed to make it effective?

Taking any substances not mentioned in the protocol isn't recommended. Do your research and do at your own risk.

I would love to also use weed with SN but it may cause a panic. I saved this thread FYI.

I´m also thinking about using cannabis or ketamine.

PPeH 2025 about cannabis:
Under Supplementary Drugs - other Anti-Vomiting Drugs:
"When administered by smoking or vaping, cannabis is a useful, fast anti-emetic drug wich can also ease anxiety. Note - oral ingestion is slower and more erratic. It is not recommended."
And later: "Cannabis can be used as both a useful premedication sedative and as an anti-emetic. It should be smoked or vaped 15-20 minutes prior to a person taking their lethal drug. Because oral consumption can be slow and unpredictable, this should be avoided."

Please note:
Cannabis is listed in these chapters, but not in the chapter or the protocol for SN specifically. Would not make sense since cannabis is so different for many people.
Cannabis can cause anxiety and paranoia for some people, for others it can be very calming and peaceful.
Cannabis should not substitute an important supplementary drug.
It is generally not recommended to add additional elements that can have varying effects.
The PPeH is not always perfect. (I´m still confused that they suggest 600mg Oxazepam OR 500mg Diazepam)
Smoking can increase the chance of vomiting and worsen nausea.
I dont know much about cannabis and it´s synergy with other drugs/meds, for example with Benzodiazephine.
Different sorts of cannabis can have very different effects due to THC/CBT amounts).

I think it´s a bit like alcohol, not recommended but for some people it has more pro´s than con´s.
If you´re not experienced with weed (since your asking when you would have to take it), I would advise you against it.

Have you ever smoked weed before? Have you ever smoked it in a heightened emotional state? People have a large range of reactions to weed and it depends on what strain you get.

I've smoked weed but it was years ago. I didn't have panic or something, just chill. Maybe some other euphoric drugs can help like MDMA for example?

It´s very much your own decision then (and always), just keep in mind what I mentioned.
I´ve read nothing about it but I´m very sure that taking MDMA as a substitute drug could be absolutely terrible. But maybe thats very personal.
And depends a lot on the amount you want to take, ofc. But I dont see how it would make an suicide attempt easier.
