SN and loud noises

I'm desperate. I know that I want to CTB before Christmas. Ideally till the end of November.
I can go to a hotel and take the SN there but there's one thing I'm really scared of: that I would make loud noises and someone would open the door and they would call an ambulance and I would survive. Then they would send me to psych ward and this would be devastating (I was already 6 times in a few psych wards in Czech republic and this country has the most obnoxious psych wards ever, believe me!)
What should I do? I don't know, maybe I would be completely silent but maybe I would made loud noises (I searched this forum and some people suggest that making loud noises is possible with SN).

Maybe setup a tent and a campfire. It'll be cozy.

I have this problem too, apparently from two witnesses here (one who died and one who survived) you shouldn't make much noise. Except from puking ofc, but you should avoid that anyway

Put TV on and ingest at night like 1-2am, that's what I will do

It's possible and it all depends on your own biology.

I recommend 48 hour regime.

I agree, we have to hope... There is always risk with every method. I will attempt it soon in a hotel and if I won't succeed, I will try in in spring or summer and go to deep woods.
