Help Sn 48 h regime and respect of AE hours

Would anyone be expert enough on the sn method and the 48 hr plan to tell me whether strict adherence to EI take hours is absolutely essential to ensure a peaceful BTC success?
I started since yesterday, I'm on my fourth catch ... but I could not respect the precise schedules ...
