Sleeping with plushies

Anyone is old and still sleeps with plush toys? I honestly really like toys and especially plushies. They're just cute and soft and I love to hug them when I sleep because I don't have a partner or anything. Plus I'm ace so I probably wouldn't even be comfortable with that. I currently have a giant shark in my bed

I am 52 and sleep with a plushie Snoopy. I have had a stuffed Snoopy of one type or another since I was 4 (I still have that one but he's barely hanging together now). I know people would think I was weird for sleeping with that stuffed animal but it IS comforting to hold onto and it helps me relax and with my anxiety, so I guess I'm beyond caring what others might think of me about it! lol If a plushie or toy helps someone feel better, or comforted, I think it's OK no matter what one's age.

I dont have any plushies but I hug my pillow a lot. I used to have a shark plush but I don't know what happened to it. :(

I do sometimes sleep with a pillow as a thing to keep my arm from getting all twisty while I sleep. Now that I think of it we have a 3 1/2 foot plushy fish . . .
