Over the past year, increased regulatory pressure in multiple regions like UK OFCOM and Australia's eSafety has led to higher operational costs, including infrastructure, security, and the need to work with more specialized service providers to keep the site online and stable.

I am unable to sleep, so I can't work properly in my job and I am humiliated by coworkers. I will go to emergency tomorrow to request a medicine to sleep.
I feel so suicide, since I can't sleep. Will the medicines help me?

I can't say for sure, it all depends on your body and how it reacts to the medication. I used to suffer from insomnia, but the medications I received didn't seem to help very much. Maybe they just weren't strong enough. I hope they can help you.

Not sleeping really affects everything as you know. It's shit. Maybe you'll be so tired that what they give will konk you out. Trazadone, mirtazapine are good for sleep. Amitriptyline depending on dose. Advise against anti psychotic for sleep.
Im so jittery without sleep. Wish you well.

I went without sleep for five nights about 15yrs ago. Went to the ER and was prescribed Ativan for sleep. Primary care doctor then prescribed Temazepam, which was too strong. Ativan or Xanax worked great. In fact, Unisom, which is OTC I find to be just as good.
I've been dealing with insomnia on and off for 9 years, so I know how you feel. I've been on and off many different sleeping pills, but in the long term they do more harm than good as far as dependency and rebound insomnia. They're good short term because you can only go so long without sleep before you start to shut down physically and mentally (that's why sleep deprivation is used to torture people). You might want to look into more natural alternatives like Melatonin, GABA or 5 HTP. That's what I've been using and it's been helping reset my sleep cycle. Lavender and Chamomile have been helpful too.
