Hey, so I see some posts that have a line through the name, does anyone know what that means? Also I see an abbreviation, OP, in people's posts. What does that stand for? Thanks!

A line through a person's name could mean a few things: They were banned, they self-banned, they were inactive for a period of time so a mod banned their account or that user made a goodbye thread indicating they were CTB.
OP stands for original poster, in this case, you are the OP of the thread.Just to add slightly to that, I think the abbreviation OP is a bit interchangeable between Original Poster and the Original Post depending on context of the sentence it's used in.
