New and usually a lurker, but wanted to get some input, I liked the idea of a tourniquet style choke so I started testing out the one pictured below. It doesn't completely block the corotid artery but cuts off my windpipe pretty well when I twist it tight. Any suggestions on substances I could use to lower the amount of oxygen I get or anything I could insert between the choke n my neck to squeeze the artery?
Any help is appreciated

I'd suggest going the opposite route, leave the windpipe and go for the carotid. From my learnings and experience, windpipe blocking would be extremely discomforting and for a longer duration, which isn't the case with carotid. I've also been planning on a mechanical way - I'll soon make a post about this.
