Like in that 24 hour prep period. Do you think it would be easier for me to stay calm and fall asleep quicker if I just don't sleep beforehand? Would Exhaustion fuck things up? Idk
hm this is an interesting idea. I think not sleeping might help with wearing you down and really making you tired when it comes down to it. not a bad idea. I dont think sleep deprivation will affect the effectiveness.
I started typing this exact question, and your thread came up. I'm also curious if going without sleep for a prolonged amount of time would make you more calm during the process.
My first thought absolutely not. Lack of sleep can make us prone to forgetfulness & you need to be attentive to small details...
That's a recipe for failure. But that's just one idiots opinion! lol ...
Lack of sleep isn't going to make you calmer. I also don't particularly believe that it would make you likelier to pass out quicker. If anything it may exacerbate the symptoms. Not to mention lack of sleep will make you likelier to make mistakes. I would advise you to sleep as normal but that's just my own opinion.
