Does anyone know how much would be an acceptable amount with SN? I cannot seem to get Meto be recently discovered I have some Seroquel.

Seroquel is bad, I use it and it does the opposite, a little bad smell make me want to puke. ( Which normally I do not) *I use 50mg regularly.
In my book, antipsychotics (I use them for bipolar) are the opposite of meto.
