im used to my parents arguing all the time, so i just listen to it and im just hungry at that moment so i grabbed my meal, a plate full of hot rice and i plan on eating it in front of the bedroom door, my dad suddenly walked out and step on it. best day of my life

It's to placate you.I've also been using foot cream on my feet to heal. I've been getting 10,000 steps a day and they've been causing cracks on my feet.

i use lotion on my feet and hands, but it still feels dry . that is impressive to walk that much, because me personally, i can't because my breath will go ragged and i will get dizzy, plus i will get pain in my bones (i have pain in my bones all the time but when i do something physically small it gets worse) now im wondering.... should i get it checked out? or should i just build up my stamine if thats possible?

You can get one of these to motivate you. It's the inspiration for my perspiration. It's called a pedometer. Counts the number of steps you walk per day. You can start with a few steps and then work your way up.Also, your bone density will increase in time and your pain will reduce. Unless of course you have a medical condition causing the pain.

This one is going to be really long, I find these events obscure,
Proper lore needs a proper story.
I was stalked by a classmate when I was 13 years old, it was a girl from my class

Spoiler: My story

She didn't speak to anyone, never showered and was just really weird overall. You could easily tell there was something deeply wrong with her just by looking at her. Her mom was weird as shit but that's a different story. Oh, and when I say "didn't speak to anyone", I mean it in a literal way, like, she wouldn't say a single word to anyone, as if she was mute. But I did know she was capable of talking because I've seen her talk a couple of times. Also, she moved in a really weird way, as if she was wearing incredibly tight clothing. I wonder if her movements were affected by severe mental issues.
So, when I was at school this girl would follow me everywhere without saying a word, adults noticed the weirdness but didn't do anything about it. She would always walk right behind me like a shitty tailgater. I told her "stop following me" on many occasions but she would just ignore it.
Sometimes I was treated like her personal caretaker and it made me really mad, I knew I wasn't responsible for her so I would just ignore teachers barking orders at me like "explain her why she needs to shower" or whatever. I'm still baffled by this.
It was annoying to deal with her, but she didn't bother me too much. I knew there was something wrong and it wasn't her fault. Still, I found her creepy. Then one day she followed me home:
I was walking home after school, things were normal, then at some point I had a looming feeling so I looked around before turning the key, I was really paranoid about something. And boom, this girl was standing 30 ish meters away from me, looking at the ground, not saying a word, not acknowledging me in any way. It was bizarre. After she saw me noticing her she immidiately turned around and started brisk walking in a random direction away from me. It scared me, I was used to her following me at school, but home? That shit is ominous. I called my mom immidiately and she said "this is creepy, wait until she's gone, do not let her in". Next day I told teachers at school about this incident, but no one cared.
Oh, also, this girl's mother would sometimes call me in tears (how the fuck did she even get my phone number? I don't know) and ask me to come to their place because the girl is very lonely and she has no friends or whatever and I'm the only person who doesn't make fun of her. I would politely decline every time she did it. It was insanely annoying to deal with. The woman would literally beg me to come to their place, also, she would ask me random questions like "how are you doing", "what is your favorite food" or "what is your favorite school subject", it was intrusive and weird. I would get these calls routinely.
Eventually my mom raged at this weirdo family and told them to stop fucking with me (rare mom W?). There are details I had omited because the story is already very long. That was a weird family and they were obsessed with me for some reason.

• my sisters dad(not mine) yelled at 12 year old me after saying he was just a sperm donor (he's a deadbeat) and a group of european tourist watched in amusement
• auditioned for a big idol company in person
• hamilton guy came to our school. but only for the theater majors. pisses me off to this day.

• was very confused after meeting my older sibling because they talked weird. realized halfway through the trip they were deaf.
• after telling my therapist how my mom basically conditioned me to have agoraphobia, she said "well she has a point! my best friend was murdered my a serial killer!"
• same therapist said that women are too emotional to be president
• for my 13th birthday my biggest wish was to have my mom stop bathing me and let me wash myself
• smoked a cigar i found on the floor. also found a full nicotine pouch on the floor too!

- My wide vocal range gets me to pass as a man and woman over the phone or any place where the other person can't see my face. I can adjust when needed and I've even confused people I know IRL over it.

- I have hypotension and once in a blue moon would abuse it by lowering BP just to feel lightheaded, confused, and dizzy as a way to get "high". How I didn't have a medical emergency from this still baffles me, as one time I was out the entire evening.
