this may sound weird, but does anyone on here punch themselves in the face?
I've done it before and gave myself a black eye.... I feel like i'm the only one who's done this before.
does this sound completely insane.... ?

I've punched the side of my head when I get angry / upset with not being able to get out of an emotion. And I know someone who was constantly giving themselves black eyes out of self hatred. You're not insane or alone .

I use to cut my self i liked to see my self bleed. And when lost a bit of blood sort of gave me very relaxed feeling . Sounds odd but it sort of got a high feeling to i dont do it now made a mess of the top of my legs to many scars on they now .

Punch myself but never in the face, never even considered it an option, I prefer to hide my bruises!!

I've not really punched myself in the face properly, but I do self-harm in other ways.
