I had a breakdown at a football match and police didn't handle it verry well I was cuffed and leg restraints and carried out by the police as I slit my wrist trying to deal with my breakdown and now police won't let me go to another match for a month

You were so close to cutting that tendon, I'm so glad you didn't. I'm sorry the police dealt with it in such an unhelpful way. I hope you are feeling even just a little better now?

Yeh the doctor said I was so lucky that I didn't cut it. Just waiting for a phych review so I can hopefully go home only just come out of hospital after a 7 month stay so I really don't want to go back
