Why does this function go down so often? And why does it affect the ability to look at posts or messsges from a users profile?

has anyone filed a ticket on this? You can no longer see via the feedback page when other people have already spoken up so it's not redundant.

I saw in another thread that @jgm63 raised a ticket about this glich.
