My therapist gave me the "Adult Attachment Interview," but didn't follow protocol. She didn't warn me I was embarking on trauma therapy. She gave me the questions ahead of time and didn't observe my replies/reactions like you are supposed to in order to score the interview properly. She left me to take the interview with my parents, the only ones around to help me process the answers to the questions! It resulted in a complete psychotic break which I have not recovered from!
