Help Saying goodye without alarming anyone?

I want to say a proper goodbye to my friends and tell them how much i love them without alarming them? Or mentioning ctb? I don't know if that's possible but yeah

As @Life_and_Death said, if would be very difficult because if you suddenly tell them you love them, they will be suspicious of you. Also, if you mention ctb, you might end up in a psych ward. I wouldn't do it.

I just came up with this idea but, what about pretending to be drunk and then tell them you love them? They wouldn't be suspicious at all that way.

I dunno maybe tell them you are going to work in a different city/country and you want to say goodbye for the last time.

I tried doing this a few years ago during the process of my first attempt. It resulted in them being suspicious,the police getting called and me very nearly getting sectioned.

Its better to write a note and say it when you are gone.

I've been thinking about this too. I want to give my mom a super long hug and tell her how much I love her and that I'm sorry for everything. I'm too tired and uninspired to write a goodbye note lately, but if that would work for you, I'd do it.
