Saw a new doctor this morning, this is the 4th or 5th doctor this year I think. I really liked this one though, she seemed genuinely concerned unlike the last one. She upped my medication and gave me a phone number to call if I need it. Turned out there was no self harm or suicidal ideation on my medical record even though I've been very honest with the doctors in the past about cutting and making plans to end my life etc. But she was very kind and understanding so I feel like I made a little progress, even if I'm very scared of recovery... it was good I think.
