You can't always help everyone and that's the truth. Many people have gone through so many different things in life and have their own stories to tell.
In whatever position they are, it really depends on the situation that they're in and what's going on. But whatever situation that they're in, you can give out the best advice and be there for them as best you can.
On whatever choice that person makes, you have to come into terms with it and should be respected. Life moves on and you have to continue to write the pages in your own book.
