I can only imagine what you're feeling right now, as everyone is different.
It isn't easy to deal with that "end of the rope" feeling. Whatever you decide, I hope you find peace. If you need someone (if you're comfortable with a stranger) to talk things over with, my inbox is always open. Though, there are many here also willing to offer an ear or advice if you need it.
Hitting this point can feel isolating, but you don't need to go about it completely alone.
