Help rope alternatives for partial hanging?

after psych ward, my rope was taken and i'm left with nothing to use as a ligature for partial hanging. I don't have any thick cords, neckties and robe belt is in use by parents daily so it's hard to make plans with it. feeling so fucking stuck.

A heavy extension cord, a bed sheet if carefully handled so you can tie it to the mount and your neck...
Scarves, clothing, whatever will tie and can hold your weight.

Ive heard of a lot of prisoners who hung themselves with bedsheets. Their sheets get taken away if they start showing suicidal ideation signs for this reason. Maybe some of those will work?
