How would you rate the reliability of methods? I know there is a scale on LOST All Hope but that doesn't rate the reliability of methods such as The Night Night method, that is the one I am thinking of using tonight but I want to know more on reliability methods.

Night Night would be very similar to hanging, though I guess it's success rate will be dependent on the strap and also whether you manage to compress the carotid arteries. As far as specifics, well I don't think there is, at least I couldn't find one on that site.
