Method Questions about SN

Hello, I have some questions regarding SN as I am drafting a protocol and trying to be accurate as possible and have everything to be safe and how I want it. I will state some general things before my questions,

I plan to do injest the SN exactly when it hits 12 AM on my 20th birthday in 2 weeks. I have heard that it is suggested to fast 8 hours but due to the time I want to do it 8 hours would mean not eating most of the day so I want to cut it down to 6. Im also planning to be on call with my gf around the same hour I injest the SN in because she is the person I want to spend my last moments with even tho she is mostly the reason, she is against my ideation but I have been open about it and trying to convince her as I am sure I will not recover from how bad she has fucked my brain and that this is just more peaceful for me than living, and she is becoming more and more accepting especially considering at that time she will be my ex not my girlfriend. I am around 72 KG weight 190 CM height (if it even matters).

What I will do is take one 1000mg Pill of Panadol (Paracetamol) an hour before for the headache, and then 45 mins before 3 10mg pills of Primperan (Metoclopramide). i will skip the antacid as I heard it is not that useful and I cant find a brand name for one in my country. Then 3 minutes before 12 AM I will chew on mints and use a very strong mouthwash (will look into which) to numb my mouth and lips from taste. I am planning to have two cups of as little water as I can mixed with 22.5 grams of SN, one to use and one incase I throw up. And I will be receiving my SN in a 25 Kilogram sack like the picture I have attached. I plan on laying in my bed and covering myself in my blankets hoping no one would check on me as everyone should be sleeping during that time. I will now number my questions so they are easier to answer:


1. How to preserve the SN once I take some of it out of the sack, and will opening the sack and leaving the rest in it ruin the rest? I plan to grab the amount I need from it a day or hours before and leave the sack in the garageS

2. Is having a second cup ready to drink incase I throw up a good idea? Or will it make me throw up even more?

3. Will I have time to do all of this in the bathroom and flush down everything but the second cup and walk a few meters to my bedroom and lay down before I fall unconscious? It will take a minute max but I am unsure

4. How fast does the SN start to cause death? And at what timeframe does irreversible damage occur?

5. How fast does my body and face's color change? This is one of my main worries as It could be the only thing that will get me caught or saved, as I share a room with my youngerbrother and sometimes my mother checks up on him and makes sure to fix his blanket or sleeping position, so seeing me all blue will definitely trigger something. however I can try to prevent this by doing it later than 12 AM to make sure she is in deep sleep.

6. What is the legal situation of my girlfriend in this, is it illegal for her to watch me or to know about my plans? How can I loophole it or make it legal, is there anything either of us need to say or text? She will be in the USA at that time but I am just worried, and also knowing and telling her this could convince her more to be with me in my last moments.

If your gf, ex gf, whatever she is, if she is the main reason for doing this, then I suggest you wait. Wait it out. This too shall pass. Start hitting the gym, spend time in nature, go to therapy, go to yoga, meditate, do the inner work.

If you won't give that a chance and insist on doing this, I do think it could be a legal problem for her if anyone finds out that she knew and didn't try to stop you. You can't just magically make something illegal become legal, and I can't imagine anything worse than an ex trying to manipulate me into risking jail time or other legal consequences just so they could have me with them in their final moments, for their suicide that they blame me for, no less, which seems to be the situation here.

And you're doing this, hold on, you're planning on doing this at night with your little brother in the same room with you, with your mother coming in & out! It sounds like he's super young if she still checks on him like that. You must not have done any research on your method. If you had, you'd know how loud SN deaths are expected to be! It is one crazy cacophony of sounds! You'll probably be vomiting, retching, dry heaving, doing agonal breathing, gasping, possibly making choking sounds, probably moaning, maybe losing control of your bowels, followed by the loud death rattle! Simply put, it's unrealistic to expect that your little brother or anyone else could sleep through all that noise. Plus, putting another glass of sn in the room with him puts your little brother's life & health in danger. Wow.

And if no one had told you exactly how impossible this would be to pull off, you were just going to let your little brother wake up in the morning & find you? You think he would be ok after that, or if not, then oh well? Wow.

I would not involve your gf in any way honestly. She's going to be kinda messed up for life after this. There's no reason to make things worse for her.

Unless you want to damage her in revenge but honestly there will be damage done to her no matter what.

I thought saying something like do not do this or do u need any help loopholes the illegal part, she is not just the main reason but kind of like the last straw yes. but it is not out of revenge or anything, it is way more complicated. I will also not be blaming her publicly or whatever regardless only I and her know. about SN death being loud, I did not know that at all, I thought u pass out very fast and die in ur sleep, so now I will change my location to another empty house or my car. about having wnother glass of SN in the room I was planning to place it on the opposite side of his bed where my nightstand is, not in the middle of our beds. he is young yes, but I have reached a point where I do not care who found me or how affected they are, he would already know about my suicide, and I will be dead to care if someone is hurt or not.

SN is a peaceful way to go, hence why so many use it and want it so badly. I don't know where they got this information from, but it's not right. SN doesn't really bring pain. You'll probably throw up, but that isn't painful. You lose consciousness so quickly.

I know this has been said multiple times before, but it's good to repeat it as needed. When SN is called peaceful, it is in comparison with other equally and relatively legal an accessible methods (like let's say drinking bleach), and in particular it shines on terms of reliability if done correctly. But there is enough testimony in this forum showing that it can cause harm, ranging from mild dizziness to real pain before getting unconscious, which can be from 5 minutes to half an hour, I think 15 minutes as an average. Also this change from person to person. Important, doing the right protocol guarantees that it would be the fastest and easiest that it can be for you. SN is not N at all.

Also, yes it can be loud. It is not a worry in terms of "peacefulness", you are already unconscious, but of course with someone in your same room it is nearly impossible to not be noticed.

About the gf thing, it doesn't seem to be a good idea either, both for her and you. For what seems to be implied from your words, she is not really 100% supportive of your decision, so yes, first it would be a traumatic experience for her, and second even if we think selfishly on your attempt, it's a very high risk of her calling whoever (police, your family) can stop it, recovering from an SN attempt is painful, you can also read about it around here.

Actually, and sorry because I might sound harsher and harsher as I write, it would not be a crazy outcome at all that this ends with your brother dead and you in a hospital. This doesn't really sound like a thought plan.

thanks alot for this, It is not my final plan it was just a draft of what I had in mind in general, so I appreciate the criticism and advice. i didnt think about some of it in the smartest way especially a second cup with my brother in the room. But the one thing that surprised me is that SN can be loud or not as peaceful as everyone thinks it is, Ive read multiple threads/guides on it but didnt know it can cause me to be loud or feel any sort of pain and I assumed that this is also why its alot of people's #1 option, but didnt find out about this until I wrote and saw the replies on this thread.

Recently someone live posted as he was taking SN. He said it was acting quickly. Then he said it was like sh*t. He was sweating, having difficulty breathing, and he said his insides were on fire. I wish I had saved the link to the that post. Nice eye candy on your avatar by the way.

I'm glad it was peaceful for you. But the experience varies greatly from individual to individual. I got it from various posts on this site, from people who witnessed it and from those who experienced it. Most people who have watched the process on the watch people die website say SN scares the out of them. The process IS known for being loud. The pph states that loss of consciousness typically occurs at the 12 minute mark. Your SN experience was VERY atypical, as most people do not take it in the presence of police.

I listed everything above. I'll list it again. I've seen post after post where people worry that their SN attempt will be heard by housemates or people in the hotel room next to them. Vomiting, retching, possibly dry heaving, gasping, possibly moaning out of pain, panic, or confusion. Then comes the agonal breathing and the death rattle, both described as loud. There's a post somewhere here where someone said their ctb partner lost control of their bowels a few minutes after taking SN, and after seeing the whole process, they decided not to ctb that day, so losing control of all bodily functions is a possibility. It's just not something a person could reasonably expect to be able to do while their little brother is sleeping in the same room with them.
