Questions about an Argon gas regulator

In one of my previous posts: it was suggested to me that I should use an Argon regulator (rather than an oxygen regulator) for my nitrogen exit mask. I found an argon regulator https://www.amazon.com/dp/B089PTVLL8?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title

Now I'm writing this post to ask which number on the regulator's flow gauge would provide a safe flow rate for my nitrogen.

Convert it. You can use an online converter. Search "online converter lpm to scfh". Just plug in 21 for the lpm amount and click the convert button.
