What are the propranolol timings when it comes to using it with sn? Went through the recource page...couldn't quite find the numbers...so basically how much and relative timing to an consumption. Thanks

In the PPH, it's recommended to mix 800 mg with the SN. Many members suggest smaller amounts 20-120 mg an hour before. Use of smaller amounts is found in the anecdotal accounts on the site.
