Method Propranolol for SN Method

Does anyone know what the pph currently recommends in regards to using propranolol in the SN method? I have the 2022 version and it says to use 400mg. However, I could've sworn there were some posts on here that said that the pph changed their recommendation in 2024. I think it was like 2g of propranolol mixed with the SN. Can anyone confirm this? The propranolol is the one part of my protocol that I haven't figured out yet.
