I've just taken 1,120mg of propranolol modified release with 550mg of promethazine. Is anything going to happen?

Did anyrhing happen? It says you were last seen on April 19 so I don't wanna assume the worst… but I OD'd on like 750 mg of promethazine and almost died from it so…
