Does anyone else not know how to respond in a conversation not because they don't have a response to what is being said, but because they can't put the picture in their head into words? Like how do I even go about fixing a problem like that.

My problem is being able to articulate what I want to say. I know what I want to say, but don't know how to say it which is extremely frustrating and one reason I want to ctb
