I know it will make ctb so much easier, like jumping or drowning, if I have anything like this. I used to get prescribed shit loads of diazepam but they've tightened up on it so much.. Whenever I ask for anxiety meds I get told to buy promethazine which just sucks. You can't even ctb by ODing on that. Does anyone have tips for how to get GPs to put out with diazepam/ tamazepam etc? Or even sources on the dark web? I'm desperate at this point.
