Where can you get those? Is it at like a Home Depot or something like that?I think the rope is fine. Just buy a doorway pull up bar like I did.
You can buy it on Amazon or any online site. Just search for doorway pull up bar. It's extremely simple, doesn't need any drilling or carpentry. Will support your entire weight. It's fantastic. You can tell everyone you're using it for pull ups. No one will be suspicious.Where can you get those? Is it at like a Home Depot or something like that?

What should I do with the anchor point? Should I try a shower curtain holder or?The anchor point looks weak. The rope is good.
If you're going to practice, always remember to stay in contact with the ground, never stay suspended.
Always stop before you feel your vision start to blur and you feel like you are floating/light (before losing consciousness)
Also stop if you feel a lot of pressure in your head, it means something is not right.
Don't practice too hard, either, or you'll end up with marks on your neck and raise suspicion.
Maybe you could hang from it with your hands to see if it can support your weight. If it's secured to the wall and made of strong material, that might be a better idea. What should I do with the anchor point? Should I try a shower curtain holder or?
I see, I'll try that idea. Thank you so much for the recommendations!Maybe you could hang from it with your hands to see if it can support your weight. If it's secured to the wall and made of strong material, that might be a better idea.
Always be aware that testing can end up being fatal. As a general rule, before I test, I write a small suicide note just in case I push it too far.....

these hooks won't hold your weight...never everGuys do you think this is a bad spot and a bad rope to use? I don't know I think it's too thin for me to hang and it's super uncomfortable. I don't mind the spot but I feel like I'm not hitting the spots I need.

the knot used to fix your rope to the anchor point looks as if it were to open any second, even without someone hanging from it...do yourself a favor and do your homework first!Sorry if I sound patronizing, no offence intended, but study some YouTube tutorials first, pleaseGuys do you think this is a bad spot and a bad rope to use?
