Discussion Powder N?

So I have 2 bottles of N, 12.8grams total in 200ml, I saw on here some one posted that there was a Ukraine website that is known for selling SN, and apparently N powder was added to there list, is there anyone here that knows about this Ukraine website? And if so can they shed some light on it please.
