(possibly) catching the bus tomorrow

If no one else can take my son to and from court ordered visitation tomorrow, I will most likely have a panic attack and be unable to handle seeing his father who abused me and then hastily try to find the most guaranteed, quickest, easiest way to ctb. He abused me and unless I'm lucky enough to find someone else to take my son to see him, then I could be arrested if I don't. I shouldn't have a legal obligation to see my abuser. Every time I see him, I have a panic attack and/or start crying and/or cut myself as soon as I get home. And I may not have an option. Unless, of course, I die, and it's over.
Sidenote: if you have suggestions for a fairly quick, easy, fairly guaranteed method, your suggestions are welcome
