Polypropylene rope, is it good for hanging?

I haven't tried it, but the markings on the rope might be uncomfortable. I would take it over regular ropes, it seems sturdy enough to hold a human body's weight (unless extremely overweight, perhaps).
I'm going to use a polypropylene rope too, (a provence outillage 01665), i'll try the long drop so it shouldn't be uncomfortable since i'll be unconscious instantly.
Polypropylene is ok, but you should check how thick it is and what´s your weight. Sometimes polypropylene isn´t as strong as a hemp rope with the same thickness
Should be ok as long as it's thick enough. Just make sure when picking ropes that you find static ropes (ones that don't stretch) rather than dynamic ones.
