Hi, i wanted to ask, if i have forgotten Something important, here's my checklist.

Requirements:

Good rope, strong anchor point, time to die

-Rope: about 12 mm solid, holds my weight

-Knot: just some simple loop which didn't get untied (slipknot got loose everytime i tested it)

-Strong anchor point: pullup bar, almost no bending

-30 min without distraction: let tv, etc. run for 1 h ,using a timer

I locked and securely blocked...

...the door to my room, so nobody could get in there.

I have no sucide note and will not talk to anyone from my family or friends to avoid raising suspicion.

I have made a life will ,if i should fail.

Before my ctb attempt i go to the toilet, and while i have the knot at my neck i take a long breath, then count from 1-5 and kick the chair at 5 (count from 1-3 doesnt work for me)

By the way: i only use expensive high quality items and i would recommend it to everybody else not to use cheap things, which could go broken or snap, or what ever, better spend
money on good quality!

I would not recommend to drink alcohol because the setup requires a clear mind.

Did i miss Something?

What else could go wrong/could cause a failure?

Questions:

-Should i tie my hands behind my back?

Padding at my neck?

Use a thinner rope? I have not gained the unconsciousness yet with my rope

-soap the rope?(it slides good without aid)

-Is it recommendet to use a bag above head, fixed with rubber band?
(The Problem could be, if i didnt reach unconsciousness, i will freak out with the bag on my head)

-Tape my mouth in case of screaming?
Sorry for the stupid question, but i am not experienced /have not much knowlege in medicine:

can i scream around when beeing unconscious?

I'll be giving my opinions to your questions just my way of thinking
1: that's up to preference (I'm probably going to avoid stopping cause I always regret it)
2:yes padding it hurts less and reduces swallowing more efficient too, but not to much is necessary
3:just the right amount of thickness not to thick or too thin but again not too thin
4: haven't heard of soaping it but it sounds like a good idea
5:up to preference too
6: preference but I don't think you'll scream
