Unfortunately I was not able to obtain meto so my AE is 3mg prochlorperazine. They are a tablet that dissolves on your gum. It is very similar to what Stan used (Buccastem)
I also have access to diazepam, propanolol, zopiclone, tramadol. Would you advise taking any of these to help the process?
Finally, I don't drink at all but I hear that alcohol speeds up the effect of the N, is it worth it to buy a bottle of Jack Daniels or something specifically for this?

- 16:00 1 x 3mg prochlorperazine
- 24:00 1 x 3mg prochlorperazine
Day 2
- 08:00 1 x 3mg prochlorperazine
- 11:00 begin fast
- 16:00 1 x 3mg prochlorperazine
- 20:40 eat some tea and toast or something light - reduces vomiting risk
- 21:00 2 x 3mg prochlorperazine (double dose)
- 22:00 take N
- (Optional) shot of Jack Daniels
