I'm with you. I don't think you need to do this now. Try to distract yourself. Time cures. 
Orlandom's suggestion of distraction is very good. When a focus on something funnels down to a single point, it is not he best time to make decisions. Distractions, particularly enjoyable ones, can help restore a more balanced perspective and reduce the intensity of a single focus.
I'm here dude, try to be kind to yourself right now. It's important to treat yourself kindly, after all we're with ourselves 99% of the time so we might as well try to be kinder to ourselves.
