I'm sorry you're in a difficult situation. Do you have a belt or rope for hanging? That may be a good method using only the tools readily available.

I can't tell you what to do, I would choose full suspension hanging though if I were in the same situation...

I'm in extreme panic. I've been sanctioned before and it was pure terror. I'd much rather die than go back there. I can't take care of myself Bc if med damage. I just hung a way to do partial but I can't seem to do it. I have $600. What can I do where can I go- need to go to sleep-

I've been forced into hospital as well - absolutely terrifying. Total loss of control of self determination. Would die before letting that happen again.

You sound pretty panicked but also as if you have the ability to travel. If that's true then just go. Go wherever nearest to you where you can get what you need. Otherwise hanging may be the best method we can advise. You could also try drowning, check the resources thread for some ideas.
