how to cope with feeling sick? i think i have the flu, or i don't know, all i feel is like, im going to die any second now lol, it's kind of my fault, so i understand
i feel super weak, nauseous, and headache, common cold prob, i don't know why im feeling so overwhelmed, it's like my brain is trying to sabotage me.
I'm not anxious usually, but when im ill, the anxiety goes from 0 to 10.
2 positive side though, no hunger, and i feel much more impulsive, might kms any moment if i had energies tbh
